Broward County Public Schools (BCPS) Students with Disabilities, BCPS Exceptional Student Education Department Staff, Community Partners and Local Businesses

WHAT:
BCPS students with disabilities participate in the Helping Industries Recruit Exceptional Employees (HIREE) job fair connecting them with Broward County employers. The job fair supports students as they prepare for their futures by creating career-building opportunities through networking with local businesses and exploring potential job options.

WHY:
The HIREE Job Fair is designed to create meaningful connections between motivated job seekers with disabilities and local businesses. Potential employers can engage with talented candidates, learn more about disability‑inclusive hiring and share information about career paths in their business or industry.
